Error When Publishing .sppkg Package in Microsoft Partner Center

Question

While attempting to publish the .sppkg package in Microsoft Partner Center, the package submission fails during the acceptance validation stage. The process returns the following error:

“Package acceptance validation error: VerifyAndExtractFatalError. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If the problem continues, contact support. Error code: PAC-VerifyAndExtractFatalError.”
