The website cannot participate in rankings and cannot add Bing verification

1. The website --PII REMOVED-- has been verified by Bing, and Bing's index shows over 700k data. However, when I search for the site domain in Bing, the data is 0. The website has not undergone major revisions or changed its domain name, and the server has not been set to prohibit crawling. This phenomenon has persisted for a long time and has not improved. Please help investigate and resolve this issue. Thank you.
2. For --PII REMOVED--, I am unable to add Bing verification, even though I have used three verification methods. However, I can correctly access the verification file in the browser. When I click on Bing verification, it prompts that verification cannot be performed. Please check this information. My Bing verification file URL is: --PII REMOVED--/BingSiteAuth.xml. The domain name has not been redirected, and everything seems normal. I have successfully added multiple domain names without any issues, but this one is the only one that cannot be added
