Verification Email Not Received for Student Offer

I am writing to report a persistent issue with verifying my student status for both the Microsoft 365 Premium 12-month free trial and Microsoft Learn for Educators.

I have attempted to verify my status using my school-provided email address for both services. However, I am consistently unable to receive the automated verification emails/codes from Microsoft.

I have confirmed that my school mailbox works normally for other senders, which suggests that automated emails from Microsoft might be getting blocked by my university's email filter.

Request for Assistance:

Since I cannot complete the automated verification, could you please review my status manually? I can provide my Student ID card and Official Transcript from school as proof of enrollment.

I am eager to access these educational resources and would appreciate your guidance on how to submit my documents.

Thank you for your help

Best regards,

    Hello Xuhui Chen,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

I understand you’re having issues verifying your student status with your school‑provided email to access Microsoft educational resources (such as the Microsoft 365 Premium 12‑month free trial and Microsoft Learn).

Since this is a user‑to‑user forum, we’re not able to perform manual verification checks. The best next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly, where you can submit your Student ID or Official Transcript for manual review.

Please follow the steps shared earlier in this thread to complete the official academic verification form again and then reach out to the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.

Extra tip: Please consider marking @microsoft.com as a safe sender in your email settings (if possible) to prevent the automated emails from being filtered out.

Hope this helps. I'm here if you need further clarification!
