How to add time-off in a particular time slot. For example if i have to add time-off for 12pm & 4pm slot and want participants to view only 10am, 2pm, & 6pm. My motive is that participants should not view the particular slots which we dont want to show, not for every dates but for few dates incase required. Please help me with this.

Regards,

Dolly S.

    Hello @Dolly Sandesara

    Welcome to Q&A forum!

You can adjust your working hours in the Outlook settings to include your holiday as well. What I mean is that you should set the start and end times of your working hours (as shown in my image), instead of keeping the default schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.

You can do this by going to:

    • Settings -> Calendar -> Work hours and location

    User's image

For your reference: Employee working hours - Microsoft Bookings | Microsoft Learn

Even though I’ve tried to make this as close as possible to your experience, we may be in different testing environments, and I might not fully understand your needs. Please feel free to contact me again if you still have any concerns.
