    Hello filip cavallaro,

Thank you for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand you want to approve access for your child’s Microsoft/Xbox account so they can use Xbox services normally.

To give parental consent, please do the following:

    1. Sign in with the parent/organizer Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/family
    2. Make sure you have a family group set up and that your child’s account is added as a member
    3. When prompted, select Give parental consent and complete the identity verification steps (such as confirming payment info)
    4. If the consent request does not appear on your Xbox, you can complete the same process on the web using another device (PC or phone)

    For the child:

    • The child signs in to their Microsoft account and sends a consent request when creating the account or trying to access Xbox services
    • After the parent approves the request, the child just needs to sign out and sign back in for the permission to apply

After consent is approved, your child’s account will be able to access Xbox services according to the family settings you configure.

    Hope this helps
