Stuck in Microsoft account verification loop – cannot access Outlook account or reach human support

I am unable to access my Outlook account because I am stuck in a verification loop with no available resolution.

My account (@outlook.com) has been inaccessible since last Friday. I am repeatedly asked to verify my identity, but every available verification method fails or routes me back to the same step. I have attempted account recovery multiple times using the official recovery form, but I cannot complete the process successfully.

The issue is compounded by the fact that all Microsoft support resources require me to sign in to the same account that I cannot access. Phone support routes me to online resources and then disconnects. I have not been able to reach a human support agent despite multiple attempts.

This account is tied to critical personal and financial services. I have already been forced to migrate important items (including rent payment setup) to another email provider, causing significant disruption.

I am requesting assistance with:

  • Manual review of my account recovery
  • Escalation to an account protection or recovery specialist
  • An alternative verification method or direct human support

I am posting this question using an alternate email because I cannot access my Outlook account. Please advise on how this can be resolved or how I can speak with a Microsoft support representative.

Thank you.

    Hello, David Cupples.

Log in to your personal Microsoft account (the one that is not blocked, for example, the one with which you wrote on this forum) on the page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profle questions" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page, enter (if requested) your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window opens in a new tab. Wait for the MS support specialist to respond and explain the situation to him.

Note. The chat is available during business hours and on business days according to US time.
