I can´t log in to y minecraft account

When I try to log into my minecraft account with microsoft it says I don´t have internet but I do. I can do everything except for minecraft because oif my microsoft account, this is only with minecraft and the xbox app. I can log into microsoft store and the microsoft site. I tried calling but I got an AI that didn´t help with anything. Anyone know what to do=
