Biscoff Gif Search

Hi,

My colleague and I were discussing Biscoff, a popular Belgian brand of crunchy, caramelized speculoos cookies with a distinct cinnamon, brown sugar, and spice flavor. I really wanted to share a Biscoff gif with my colleague.

When I search "Biscoff," there are dozens of Gifs almost exactly like the one I attached. Who is he?? Why is he Biscoff. I am scared.

My coworker and I found this distracting, and we wanted some clarification as to why this is the Biscoff gif.
