How to reach Microsoft in regards to porting LEARN Profile

Really trying to contact the team to work on possibly porting my Learn Profile. I've left a corporation and somehow I was lucky to also login with my GMail account. Had to reset the password but the options to reset included my former corporate, but thankfully my Cell Phone is also listed and was able to complete the authentication.

I want to completely disassociate my profile along with the transcript to another profile. Like to retain all the badges and history.

Is there a team that can help me work out the options?

To address your concern about porting your Learn Profile, you will need to contact Microsoft Credentials Support. They can assist you with disassociating your current profile and transferring your transcript, badges, and history to another profile. Here’s how you can reach out to them:

    1. Go to the online support request.
    2. Ensure that you select "Learning" for the Product family and "Microsoft Credentials" for the Product or Service.
    3. Choose the category that best matches your issue and select Professional No Charge for Types of Support.
    4. Provide your Learn Username and a clear description of your request.
    5. Submit your support case and await a response from the support team.

This process should help you get in touch with the right team to assist you with your profile transfer.
