It's definitely frustrating when a website you regularly use suddenly stops working. However, before getting further, I need to clarify that Flechs Sheets is a third-party product, which is not owned, operated, or supported by Microsoft.
Because it is a third‑party site, Microsoft cannot fix any issues involve the site itself, its servers, your account, or how it handles stored files. To check if this is specific to Microsoft Edge, and fix it if yes, please check out the following:
1 - Test the site with different instances
- Use InPrivate mode
- Open Microsoft Edge > press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Open Flechs Sheets and check if it works here
- If yes, something in your profile is interfering.
- If possible, try opening the site in another browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Access the site from your phone to see if it's working.
- Use another network or mobile hotspot to confirm it's not Internet issue.
2 - Clear Edge data
- Open Edge > press Ctrl + Shift + Del to open cleanup panel
- Select Cookies and other site data + Cached images and files
- Click Clear now > Restart Edge and try again
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
3 - Disable extensions temporarily
- Open Edge > click the three-dot menu > Extensions
- Turn off all extensions > Try the site again.
- If it works, re‑enable extensions one by one to find the culprit.
