    Hello Max Max,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how concerning it can be when you’re not receiving expected emails, especially when you’ve already added the sender to your safe list and other messages are arriving normally.

In Outlook.com, adding a sender to the Safe Senders list helps, but it doesn’t fully bypass all filtering. There are a few additional areas worth checking on the Outlook side:

1, Check Junk Email and Deleted Items folders:

Even trusted senders can occasionally be filtered. Please confirm that no Ubisoft messages are landing in these folders, including older dates.

    2, Review Inbox rules

Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and verify that there are no rules automatically moving, deleting, or archiving emails from Ubisoft domains.

3, Confirm the sender isn’t blocked at the domain level

Under Settings > Mail > Junk email, make sure there are no Ubisoft domains listed in the Blocked senders and domains section.

4, Check Focused vs. Other inbox

If Focused Inbox is enabled, please check both the Focused and Other tabs, as system‑generated emails can sometimes be sorted unexpectedly.

    5, Understand email delivery limitations

If Ubisoft confirms the message was sent but it never appears in any Outlook folder, this is usually related to sender‑side authentication or delivery policies. In those cases, only the sending service (Ubisoft) can correct or resend the message.

It’s also important to clarify that from within the Microsoft Q&A forum, moderators do not have access to mailbox back‑end tools or message‑trace capabilities to verify or retrieve undelivered emails.

Since you’ve already contacted Ubisoft, you may want to ask them to:

    • Verify the exact sending address and timestamp
    • Confirm SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment for their outgoing mail
    • Resend the message from an alternative address if possible

I hope this helps clarify where to focus next and why the message may not be arriving as expected.
