I have been having issues logging into my one drive account for more than a week. The error code of 0x8004e4bf is showed while logging in. I tried contacting both global line and the land line for Microsoft and I am unable to connect to any technical support.

Unable to verify my account as I do not have access over authentication app. I can only verify and log in via phone number, however it showed that there are some errors over it.

Having a similar issue. I can sign in on mobile app, and via a browser. Not able to sign in on any of my 3 PC's. Is there an outage or server issue at Msft at the moment?

The error code 0x8004e4bf when trying to log into OneDrive typically indicates an issue with account authentication or a mismatch between the account types. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Account Type: Ensure that you are using the correct credentials for your OneDrive account. If you are trying to sign in with a personal Microsoft account, make sure you are not using work or school account credentials, and vice versa.
    2. Use the Correct Method for Verification: Since you mentioned that you can only verify via phone number, make sure that the phone number linked to your account is correct and accessible. If there are issues with receiving the verification code, try using a different network or device to see if that resolves the problem.
    3. Browser and Network Troubleshooting: Sometimes, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser can help. Additionally, attempting to log in from a different network (like your mobile data) may bypass any network-related issues.
    4. Account Recovery: If you are unable to access your account due to verification issues, consider filling out the recovery form available at Microsoft’s account recovery page. This can help you regain access if you can provide sufficient information to verify your identity.
    5. Contact Support: If you continue to have trouble, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance. You can do this by visiting the Microsoft Support page and selecting the appropriate options for account recovery.

If you follow these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the issue with your OneDrive login.
