AZ-400 Certificate not yet visible after 48hr.

I have completed and pass my AZ-400 exam on 2nd Feb 2026. 48hr are already passed but still not received certificate batch. I can see old certificate batch but not for AZ-400.
Can someone help into that?

    Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.
