Need to Delete a VPN GW from my account

My Azure billing account shows "VPN Gateway - VpnGw1" as a resource that is incurring charges. I need to delete this resource (I have not deleted it yet).
No resource with this name, however, is shown on my Azure Portal Resource manager view
I have tried the following powershell command as well, it returns an empty array:Azure.VPNGatewayInCostAnalysisButNotInResourceList.png
