Hi Team,

I am unable to raise a new voucher request in the Microsoft Voucher Request Tool.

Earlier, I had requested a certification exam; however, I was not able to appear for it as the exam link was not received. Since that certification is still marked as incomplete in the system, I am currently unable to request another voucher.

Kindly let me know how this can be resolved or if the previous request can be cleared so that I may proceed with a new voucher request.

If you are unable to raise a new voucher request due to a previous certification exam being marked as incomplete, it is recommended to contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you resolve the issue with your previous exam request and clear any blocks that are preventing you from requesting a new voucher. You can reach out to support through the Microsoft support page for credentials issues.
