Hi! Unfortunately, you’ll need to wait some time. When a large number of emails are sent in a short period and many are marked as spam, the system may temporarily limit how many emails you can send. This restriction usually lasts for a while and is lifted once your account reputation improves.

I changed my password. Now I cannot send emails because my account was scammed and dozens of emails were sent to from it..almost 100 yesterday and 61 this morning. How do I get out of this nightmare. FYI - I do have another email account that I can use for now. Thank you.

- Reset Your Password Again: Since your account was scammed, it's important to reset your password to a strong, unique one that the attacker cannot guess. Make sure to use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Check for Suspicious Activity: Review your Sent Items folder for any emails that you did not send. If you find any, this indicates that your account was indeed compromised.
- Review Account Settings: Sign in to your email account and check for any suspicious rules or settings that may have been altered by the attacker. Look for any forwarding rules that might send your emails to another address without your knowledge.
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If you haven't already, enable MFA on your email account to add an extra layer of security.
- Contact Support: If you're still having issues sending emails, consider reaching out to your email provider's support for assistance in recovering your account and ensuring it is secure.
- Monitor Your Account: Keep an eye on your account for any further suspicious activity and change your password again if necessary.
These steps should help you regain control of your email account and prevent further unauthorized access.
