I am facing issue while availing the Student offer for Linkedin Premium and MS 365.

Hi Team,
Need urgent resolution for the issue as pasted below for "Student Offer for Microsoft 365 and LinkedIn Premium". When I am putting my University email id, its showing me as email not verified which is strange to me, coz I am putting my email to verify in the first place!

Hence tried clicking on "Use a different Method", after putting Profile Information I am getting stuck at this page (PFB-2) and is not able to proceed next.

FYI:

  • I created a new personal Microsoft gmail account under - [Moderation note: PII removed]@gmail.com
  • I logged out of all the logged in accounts and restarted this verification process in Incognito Window.
  • I haven't received any verification link/email over my university email id. Checked spam too.

I am not able to understand why there is this issue still on my side. I kindly request for an urgent and immediate resolution in this regard.

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support 
    • Type Contact in the search box. 
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category. 
    • On the Category tab, choose Manage account subscription. 
    • Go to Confirm. 
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser. 

    Important Note: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
