You should have added your personal email account to your Learn profile https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile before you left your employer as there it is not possible to transfer certifications between Learn profiles. Learn profiles are self-managed.
Unable to access my corporate employee
Hello Microsoft Support Team,
I previously registered my Microsoft Learn account using my corporate email address (now inactive, as I have left the company). This account contains several important certifications that I would like to retain access to.
Since I no longer have access to my corporate email, I kindly request your assistance in transferring my Microsoft Learn profile and certifications to my personal Microsoft account.

- Personal Microsoft account email: ******@outlook.com
Please guide me through the process of recovering or migrating my certifications so I can continue to access them.
