I have tried on several occasions to complete this assessment but the username provided by Microsoft appears to be incorrect 'User1'

Unfortunately every time I try to log in I receive the error message and cannot complete the assessment and then have to wait 72 hours to try again.

Please can someone tell me how to solve this issue.

Many thanks

If you're having trouble logging into the assessment lab with the username 'User1', it's important to ensure that you are using the correct credentials provided in the lab instructions. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Check the Instructions: Make sure you are following the steps in the Instructions pane of the lab environment. Your username should be automatically populated when you select it from the Instructions.
    2. Clear Credential Cache: If you continue to experience login issues, try clearing the credential cache in the Windows Credential Manager. Here’s how:
      • Close Edge.
      • Search for "Credential Manager" in the Start menu.
      • Remove any specific credentials related to the assessment lab.
      • Attempt to log in again.
    3. Browser Cache: If clearing the credential cache does not work, try clearing your browser's cache or using a private/incognito window to log in.
    4. Contact Support: If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the login issue and proceed with your assessment.
