I have a subscription. Unable to open word from my PC. When attempting to repair Word, it encounters an error message. There are several hundred gigs of space, and my subscription to word is current. Please help!

Did you make sure that you are currently logged in to the correct Microsoft account used for the purchase? https://account.microsoft.com/services
If yes, and a quick repair does not fix the issue, try a full repair instead. Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
Look for Microsoft Office.
Select Microsoft Office and select Fix > Online Repair.
