Before considering your refund request, please first try troubleshooting the activation issue related to upgrading to Windows 11 Pro. Does your computer meet all the system requirements for Windows 11?
If yes, please try the troubleshooting steps below to fix the upgrade issue:
Disconnect from the internet
Go to Settings > System > Activation. Click "Change product key," enter "VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T," and hit activate.
Reconnect to the internet and make sure you’re signed in with the Microsoft account you used for the purchase.
Restart your computer and check.
If you still want a refund or if your computer does not meet the requirements, try reaching out to Microsoft Support to see if they can consider a refund.
