To log in to Microsoft Teams on your new iPhone, you need to ensure that you have completed the device enrollment process and that your Microsoft Authenticator app is set up correctly. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Install the Company Portal App: If you haven't already, install the Intune Company Portal on your new iPhone.
    2. Sign in to Company Portal: Open the Company Portal app and sign in with your work account. Follow the prompts to complete the mobile device management (MDM) profile installation.
    3. Open Teams: After enrolling your device, open the Microsoft Teams app and sign in with your work account.
    4. Use Microsoft Authenticator: If prompted for multi-factor authentication (MFA), you will need to use the Microsoft Authenticator app. Since you mentioned you are not receiving codes, ensure that you have access to your old device where the Authenticator app is set up. You will need to complete MFA using that device.
    5. Restore Authenticator Backup: If you have set up a backup in the Authenticator app on your old device, you can restore it on your new device. Open the Authenticator app, tap Begin recovery, and sign in with your personal Microsoft account to restore your MFA credentials.
    6. Check Compliance: Make sure your new device is compliant with your organization's policies. You may need to adjust settings as prompted by the Company Portal app.

If you continue to experience issues, consider contacting your IT administrator for assistance with resetting your MFA settings or gaining access to your account.

    Dear @Mina Darrow,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you cannot get any code from authenticator app after changing phone. Because of that, you are not able to log in to my teams or outlook email.

Since your account is a business account, your company IT team or Helpdesk may be able to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. This will allow you to reconfigure MFA from scratch on your new device.  As a forum moderator, I do not have administrative access to change these settings. Only your IT team has the ability to adjust or reset your MFA configuration. You can also refer to this Microsoft support article for more information Manage authentication methods - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn

In case you are the only Global Administrator and you are completely locked out from the tenant. You might need to contact Microsoft Support team via phone service number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. The agent will be able to create a ticket for you under the affected tenant and then transfer this ticket to Data Protection team who could help you to regain access.

To help you navigate the automated phone system (IVR), here’s an example of how the conversation might go:

IVR: What kind of problem are you concerned about?     You: Administrator account locked

IVR: What kind of product do you use?     You: Office 365 for business

IVR: Education or business account?     You: For business

IVR: Are you an administrator?     You: Yes

IVR: Do you have another administrator in your organization?     You: No

IVR: Do you need a service request?     You: Yes

This should help you get connected to a live support agent who can assist you directly.

I hope information above can help you resolve the issue, if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
