Multiple Microsoft accounts

Question

I have multiple accounts and not sure which is my primary account. I need to do a complete reset on my computer and phone to try and sort things out. I want to cancel my subscription and transfer everything over to Google docs

You may sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check all of your account regarding the subscription. Once you've found the account, you'll have an option there to manage and cancel your subscription.
