25～26年前にMOS試験とMOT試験を受けました。
更新もしていないので、資格は失効していると思います。

旧姓で受け、そのときのメールアドレスもIDも紛失しております。

証明書などは再発行できますでしょうか。

できなくても全く構いませんので、お知らせください。

Additionally, if your certifications have expired, you will not be able to renew them after the expiration date. You can only renew within six months before the certification expires.
