If you didn't receive a product key for your Office subscription, it may be because your Microsoft account is associated with a subscription that does not require a product key for activation. Instead, you can use your Microsoft account to sign in and access your Office applications directly.

To check if you have a subscription and to access your Office apps:

    1. Go to the Office website and sign in with your Microsoft account (the one ending in @westminster.ac.uk).
    2. Once signed in, you should see your available subscriptions and can install Office applications directly from there.

If you believe you should have a product key or if you need further assistance, you may want to contact your Microsoft 365 administrator or support for help with your account and subscription details.

    Dear @Yalath Jayathilaka,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and Thanks for the update.

Since your question is about an academic account (@westminster.ac.uk), it’s important to know that Microsoft 365 Education subscriptions do not use product keys. They activate simply by signing in with your school‑provided Microsoft account.

Because of that, you will not receive a product key by email or on your profile, activation is always linked to your login.

To help you check what is happening, could you please confirm what you see in the screenshot you attached?

Normally, after signing in at https://portal.office.com, you should see whether Westminster has assigned you a Microsoft 365 license and whether the apps are available for download.

If the Office apps do not appear there, it usually means the school has not assigned a license to your account yet. In that case, only your university’s IT department can enable the license, as moderators here cannot view or activate student subscriptions.

If you need help finding your admin, please see: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Looking forward to hearing back from you with any updates or additional details.

    Warm regards,
