Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, just to inform you Microsoft 365 family account no longer supports customer domain unlike the business and enterprise subscription. However if you would like to have a customer domain you must upgrade to Microsoft 365 business plan. Just sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center, navigate to settings and select domains. Now select add domains and follow the step to verify the ownership, go to Users and select Active users to edit your user name and select the new domain.

Another option is to create a new alias using another Microsoft supported domain like outlook.com, outlook.ph etc., here is how go to https://account.microsoft.com and choose Info. Now select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft, click Add email and Create or add another email address you can even set it as your Primary alias as an option.

To change the domain name in your Microsoft 365 Family account, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Purchase a new domain: If you do not already have a new domain, you will need to buy one from a domain registrar.
2. Add the new domain to your account: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings > Domains and select Add domain. Follow the prompts to verify your new domain.
3. Change email addresses: After adding the new domain, you can change the email addresses of your users to use the new domain. This can be done by going to Users > Active users, selecting a user, and then changing their email address to the new domain.
4. Update DNS records: Make sure to update the DNS records for your new domain as required by Microsoft 365 to ensure email and other services work correctly.
5. Set as default domain: If you want the new domain to be the default for new email addresses, go back to the Domains page and select the new domain, then choose Set as default.

Please note that changing the domain affects new accounts only and does not impact existing user credentials or access to applications or services.
