I was recently billed €99.00 for my Microsoft 365 subscription. A few questions:

  1. There has been a price increase from €69.00 to €99.00. Why?
  2. The invoice for download under my account only lists the old subscription price of €69.00. Where is the extra €30.00 listed?
  3. I require an invoice listing the full amount booked out. of €99.00 or a second invoice listing the remaining sum of €30.00. How do I get that?

Thanks

    1. The price increase from €69.00 to €99.00 may be due to recent changes in Microsoft 365 subscriptions, including the addition of new features or services. It's important to check if any updates or changes to your subscription plan have been communicated by Microsoft.
    2. If your invoice only lists the old subscription price of €69.00, it may not reflect the recent billing changes. You should verify your billing account and ensure that you are viewing the correct invoice period. If the extra €30.00 is not listed, it could be due to the invoice not being updated or reflecting the new charges yet.
    3. To obtain an invoice that lists the full amount of €99.00 or a separate invoice for the remaining sum of €30.00, you can download your invoice from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Go to the Billing > Bills & payments page to view and download the correct invoice. If you need further assistance, consider contacting Microsoft 365 Support for help with your billing inquiries.

    Thanks

    1. No extra services have been communicated by Microsoft. None.
    2. I have checked my account and I am viewing the correct billing period
    3. I have clicked the link: Billing > Bills and payment. It says I "don't have permission and should log in under another account". How do I access this page?

    Hi Charles,

The €99 charge is the new renewal price after Microsoft’s subscription price increase, not an extra fee. If your invoice only shows €69, you are likely viewing an older invoice or the system has not yet generated the updated receipt. Go to account.microsoft.com > Services & subscriptions > Order history, select the recent charge, and download the invoice for that transaction. If it still does not show the full €99, I recommend to contact Microsoft live support account specifically with Accounts and Billing.
