Hello,
I am writing to report a critical technical issue with my Microsoft Learn account. My Learn Profile and Settings pages are failing to load, which is currently preventing me from taking or rescheduling my certification exams.
While other Microsoft Learn modules and pages load normally, my personal profile section remains inaccessible. This is an urgent matter as I have an upcoming exam scheduled that I cannot manage due to this block.
Troubleshooting already attempted:
-Tested on multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge).
-Attempted access via Incognito/Private mode.
-Tried accessing through both desktop and mobile web.
-Cleared browser cache and cookies.
All of the above attempts resulted in the same failure to load the profile and settings pages.
Please investigate this account-level issue as soon as possible so I do not miss my exam window.
