My Microsoft Learn learner profile is broken. I could not see my achievements and then I tried unlinking my account and relinking to see if it will work but then I could not relink it again when I went to relink it.
Also, I am signed in, but:
This is a backend provisioning issue.
Please reinitialize / reprovision my Microsoft Learn learner profile.

I am having similar issue and I am supposed to be sitting for an exam soon but cannot access the exam page

My profile is up and running again! I suggest checking out your profiles if you haven't already.

Yesterday, MS experienced an issue which caused delay in certificates and information appearing in the main profile. This problem has now been resolved.
The issue with user profiles has been fully resolved, now you should be able to log in without the problem appearing. Please try signing in using a private window for the best results.

Thank you again for fixing my learner profile.
My profile, settings, and achievements are now visible.
However, the trophy for the learning path is still not verifying even though all modules are completed.
It seems the trophy eligibility did not re-evaluate after the reprovision.
Could you please refresh or rerun the completion check for my account?
