I cannot see "Quick Access App" I created

I created a "Quick Access App" named "RDP - Access" and I cannot see it in "Global Secure Access > Connectors and sensors -> Quick Access". And if I want to create a new one, I get the following error :

    I finally managed to delete the entry via Powershell with the command "Remove-EntraApplication"
