URGENT!!!

I am having issue signing to Azure tenant. We notice this issue 2 days ago.

All the Directories associated with this portal tenant are not accessible.

Not sure what is happening.

We have Azure Subscription credit of over 11,000 USD in this tenant. The subscription was transfered from my default person account. I dont know the subscription ID as i cant login. In this tenant we have other directories and Azure B2C directories etc.

Also, we cannot access this Power Platform admin and Microsoft 365 Admin centers.

You can reach me via my email or phone

Could you please help look into this issue.
