Hi, I am trying to downgrade my current Microsoft subscription from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Classic. When going through switch plan steps, I verify my payment method, all goes correctly, but a pop up message appears saying there is no billing address. But billing address is there, hasn't changed since I have my account. Please can you help switch my subscription or tell me what steps do I need to follow? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you're encountering an issue with your billing address while trying to switch your Microsoft 365 subscription. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Verify Billing Address: Double-check that your billing address is correctly entered in your Microsoft account. Sometimes, even a small discrepancy can cause issues.
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Update Payment Method: Ensure that your payment method is up to date. Sometimes, re-entering your payment information can help.
    4. Contact Support: If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can provide specific help regarding your account and billing issues.
    5. Check for Account Issues: Ensure there are no holds or issues with your account that might prevent changes to your subscription.

If you follow these steps and still have trouble, contacting Microsoft support would be the best course of action as they can access your account details and provide tailored assistance.
