Hi! Sorry to hear about this situation. Were those folders stored locally on your device or in the cloud? Also, when you mention Microsoft 365, do you mean the Office apps (Word/Excel/Outlook), or are you referring to OneDrive / Outlook (web or app)?

If your Personal Folder is missing after an update in Microsoft 365, it could be due to the PR_ATTR_HIDDEN property of the folder being set to True, which makes it appear hidden. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check Folder Visibility: Ensure that the folder is not hidden. You may need to adjust the settings to display hidden folders.
    2. Recover Items: If the folder was previously accessible, you may want to check if you can recover items from any backup or previous version of your data.
    3. Repair Outlook: If the issue persists, consider using the Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe) to repair your Outlook data files. This tool can help recover lost or corrupted items in your Personal Folder.

If you need detailed steps on how to use the Inbox Repair Tool or check folder visibility, please let me know!
