Hello,
My Microsoft Learn profile and settings page are loading completely blank on all browsers and devices. The header loads, but no profile content (XP, achievements, or settings) is displayed.
I also see the following authentication error:
Error shown: interaction_required: AADSTS160021 – Application requested a user session which does not exist.

I have tried:
Different browsers
Logging out and back in
The issue persists, and I am unable to access the Microsoft Learn support ticket page because the same authentication error blocks it.
Could someone please help reset or re-provision my Microsoft Learn profile or escalate this to the Learn support team?
