Bonjour,

J'ai installé une version 20
21 d'Office il y a un petit moment et elle ne fonctionne pas j'ai désinstallée cette version puis installé une nouvelle version pro 2024 et quand je me connecte à Word pour enregistrer la clé, c'est la version 2021 qui apparait donc ma clé n'est pas valide.

LE support microsoft à pris la main sur mon ordinateur pour désinstaller et réinstaller la bonne version et le résultat est le même donc il m'ont demandé de vous contacter pour que vous m'aidiez.
