I keep getting a message to update payment but I am already subscribed.

Why do I keep on getting this message when I have an updated payment method and subscription on file. I got charged already but still gets this message. User's image

    Most likely that notification is an error and you should not be seeing it.

    Open Word, at the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office and check if your subscription is then correctly recognised.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, is the expiry date listed for your Microsoft 365 subscription indicated correctly.
