Log into your Microsoft account on this link.

Select that subscription, click Manage and from there, you can cancel the subscription, also ensure you remove the recurring billing on the subscription to ensure you are not charged.

To cancel your free trial of Microsoft 365 Copilot before any charges are applied to your credit card, you need to turn off recurring billing. You can do this by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center and following the steps to manage your subscriptions. If you do not turn off recurring billing, you will be charged once the trial period ends. If your trial subscription does not have a payment method associated with it, you can simply let it expire at the end of the trial period without incurring any charges.
