The error you’re seeing AADSTS53003: “Access has been blocked by your Conditional Access policies” means your sign‑in is being stopped by a policy configured by your organization. This happens when the system detects something that violates the policy, such as:
- Logging in from an untrusted network/location
- Using a non‑compliant or unmanaged device
- Failing a required security control (MFA, device compliance, etc.)
- Policy conditions set by your admin for risky or external users
Since you don’t have admin permissions, you won’t be able to unblock this yourself.
Please reach out to your organization’s Microsoft Entra / Azure admin and share these details from your error page:
- Error Code: AADSTS53003
- Correlation ID & Timestamp (copy from the error dialog)
- Device info (Windows 10, browser, IP shown in the error)
Your admin needs to check your sign‑in logs and either:
- Allow your device/network, or
- Adjust the Conditional Access policy, or
- Add an exception for your account
Once they update the policy, you should be able to sign in normally.
