As your issue description is primarily written in English, I will provide my response in English for your convenience. Please feel free to let me know if you would prefer the information in another language.

    Hi @Julius Zander,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand that your school has ordered Office 365 and you are currently unable to see any licenses in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center. I’m happy to help you with this.

The license number you provided suggests that the subscription may have been purchased either directly from Microsoft or through a Microsoft reseller/partner. The next steps depend on where the order was placed:

    1. If the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft

    Please check the following:

Ensure you are signing in with the exact Global Admin account that was used during the purchase.  Go to Billing > Your products in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to verify if the licenses are listed.

If someone else completed the order (e.g., another staff member), the licenses may be under their admin account or tenant.

    2. If the subscription was purchased through a reseller or Microsoft partner

If a partner processed the order, the licenses must be assigned to your school’s Microsoft 365 tenant by the reseller.

In this case, please contact your reseller and provide them your tenant domain (e.g., schoolname.onmicrosoft.com) so they can attach the subscription correctly.

    To help me investigate further:

Could you please confirm the following details via private message?

The email address used to place the order

    Your Microsoft 365 tenant domain (e.g., yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com)

Whether the order was placed directly with Microsoft or through a reseller

I hope this information helps. Please try the steps and let me know whether they resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we can work together to find a solution.

If you cannot see any licenses in your Admin Account for Office 365, there are a few steps you can take:

    1. Check Permissions: Ensure that you are logged in with an account that has the necessary permissions. You must be a global or billing admin to view the subscriptions for your organization.
    2. View Licenses: Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center and navigate to the Billing > Your products page. This page should display a list of all your subscriptions, including the license status.
    3. Contact Support: If you still do not see any licenses, it may be helpful to contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you verify the status of your order and ensure that the licenses are properly assigned.
    4. Check for Processing Delays: Sometimes, licenses purchased may take time to process and become visible in your account. It can take up to 24 hours from the start of the licensed usage date for services to become available.

If you have further questions or need additional assistance, consider reaching out to your Microsoft partner or seller for support.
