Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
Does your device have a built-in camera, or do you use an external camera?
If your device has an built-in camera, check between the F1 - F12 keys on the keyboard if there is a key with a camera icon.
If you find a key with a camera icon, press the Fn key + <key with camera icon> and see if this unlocks the camera. Even if the camera isn't locked, locking and unlocking it can help resolve a potential conflict.
Another thing you can do is restart the system. This may help to resolve temporary conflicts.
If that doesn't help, tell me the manufacturer and model of your computer.
If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.
- Press "Windows + R", type
msinfo32and press Enter.
Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
