No matter what video I play if it's online or local video it will play for a few seconds and then make a weird noise and start playing again for 2 to 3 seconds then pause and then make that weird noise again and so on. How do I fix this? I checked and installed all updates including firmware updates for the Bios and graphic card updates. Any driver update that I dan do has been done. I even tried installing VLC Media play and I still have the issue. I also tried turning off GPU hardware acceleration and that also did not fix the issue. Please let me. My computer is not usable if I can't watch videos normally. I can't get a hold of anybody from Microsoft on the phone. I can't even find a number! I also searched reddit and other forums for help and tried all the suggestions and nothing is working.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option
Type in msinfo32
Press enter.
Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
