Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Did you check between the F1 - F12 keys on the keyboard for a key with a camera icon? If you have a key with a camera icon, have you tried pressing the Fn key + <key with camera icon> and see if this unlocks the camera?

Some Dell laptops have a tiny slider or switch near the webcam lens at the top of the screen.

If that doesn't help, please tell me the model of your Dell laptop.

If you prefer, you can share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

Feel free to ask back any questions.
