    Hi,

It might be that the personal dashboard got moved to another user, maybe by you before or by someone who has admin rights. In Dynamics 365, tools like XrmToolBox, using the Personal Views Charts Dashboards Transfer or Personal Artefact Manager, can move personal dashboards or views to another account, and when that happens, the original owner loses access.

Let me know how it goes, I'm Here to help!

To locate the dashboards you have created and saved in Dynamics 365, you should:

    1. Navigate to the Dashboards section in the site map.
    2. Your created dashboards should appear there. If you have shared them with others, they will still be visible to those users, but you should also be able to see your own dashboards.
    3. If you cannot find your dashboards, double-check that you are in the correct section or verify if they have been moved or deleted.

If you continue to experience issues, ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to view the dashboards or check if they are stored in a different location than you expect.
