Unfortunately, several years ago Microsoft closed incoming support phone numbers for home users. Only chat is available to start conversation. Later it may be possible to ask for callback. To speak with a live person at Microsoft, you can follow these steps:

    1. In the search bar, type "Get Help" and open it.
    2. Type "Chat with an agent" and press Enter.
    3. Click the "Contact support" button at the bottom.
    4. Choose the products and services for which you need help.
    5. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect with a live agent. Alternatively, you can select the "Call me back" option and complete the information so they can call you.

If you are having trouble reaching a support agent, you might also consider calling the customer service hotline directly. Depending on your region, you may need to navigate through an automated system to reach a representative.
