I'm getting a message in my outlook calendar that says 'we've blocked your account! Your photos and videos will be deleted'. What do I do about this?

I'm getting a message in my outlook calendar that says 'we've blocked your account! Your photos and videos will be deleted'.

I have followed the steps on other posts like this, but when I go to my settings and calendars, there isn't a suspicious calendar there to remove.

It started with a couple of entries in each day. I now have 9 identical entries with the same message in every single day of my calendar up until March 2027.

I am aware it is spam, but I want to know what else I need to do to stop receiving more and how can I bulk delete as I can't remove 9 individual entries for every single day for over a year.

    Hello

Are these emails all coming in with the same email address, or same domain?

Are they landing in your spam folder, or your inbox?

To address the issue of spam entries in your Outlook calendar, you can take the following steps:

    1. Delete Spam Entries in Bulk: Unfortunately, the specific context does not provide a direct method for bulk deletion of calendar entries. However, you can try using the Outlook web app or desktop application to select multiple entries at once. Look for options to select multiple items (usually by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on each entry) and then delete them together.
    2. Check Calendar Settings: Since you mentioned not finding a suspicious calendar in your settings, ensure that you are checking all calendars linked to your account. Sometimes, spam can come from shared calendars or external calendar subscriptions.
    3. Report Spam: If you continue to receive spam entries, consider reporting them to Microsoft. You can do this through the Outlook app or web interface, which may help in preventing future spam.
    4. Change Account Settings: If the spam persists, you might want to review your account security settings. Change your password and enable two-factor authentication to secure your account against unauthorized access.
    5. Contact Support: If the issue continues, reaching out to Microsoft Support may provide additional assistance tailored to your specific situation.

These steps should help you manage the spam entries and secure your account.
