Hello Brian Mayhew, thank you for posting in the community.

May I know what OneDrive status is currently shown on your device, such as Paused, Sync error, or Not signed in? Are you seeing any specific error message?

To clarify, the OneDrive cloud service itself is not damaged. However, the local OneDrive sync engine relies on the hard disk to operate correctly. When disk space is low or when local OneDrive files are modified or removed, syncing can stop even though your files remain safe in the cloud.

    1. Please make sure there is at least 5 GB of free disk space available,
    2. then try resetting the OneDrive sync client.
    3. If the issue persists after the reset, reinstalling OneDrive is recommended.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
