I still need Microsoft support as those methods above did not help.

If you're unable to access your email due to issues with the authenticator app after getting a new phone, you may need to reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Alternative Sign-In Method: If you have any alternative methods for signing in (like SMS or another email), try using those to access your account.
    2. Contact Your Administrator: If you are part of an organization, reach out to your IT administrator to reset your MFA settings. They can navigate to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center and require you to re-register for MFA.
    3. Microsoft Support: If you are the only administrator for your account and cannot access any recovery methods, you may need to contact Microsoft Support directly. They can assist you in regaining access to your account.
    4. Using the Recovery Form: If you have no other options, you can try using the account recovery form, but keep in mind that it may not bypass MFA requirements.

Make sure to provide as much information as possible to help verify your identity when contacting support.
