Why is it that Live Chat isn't an option when creating a support ticket on admin.cloud.microsoft.com on the desktop but it is available on my mobile device?

    Hello Lynx,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand that you are having issue when contacting live chat Microsoft support agents. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you further.

Regarding your experience when attempting to contact live chat support at this Official Website: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, please note that this behavior can occur when live chat agents are not available at that particular moment.

In such cases, the system may automatically redirect you to a contact form to collect your contact details, allowing a support agent to follow up with you once an agent becomes available.

If you prefer to speak with a live chat agent, you may try accessing the chat again at a later time during support working hours. Alternatively, you may continue completing the contact form, and a support agent will reach out to you when possible.

This process is part of the standard support workflow and does not indicate an issue with your account or request.

I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. Please feel free to reply if you need any further assistance or have additional questions.

    Best regards,
