Hello, good day and thanks for your question. To add to the above which is inclined on the business side, is it showing another subscription when you login to your account at account.microsoft.com/services from a browser?

To dispute a charge for Microsoft 365, you will need to contact Microsoft directly, as they have the tools necessary to review your billing profile and assist with any discrepancies. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Log into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your admin credentials.
    2. Select the help & support button typically located at the bottom right of the admin center dashboard.
    3. Type in "I need to dispute a charge" into the search bar.
    4. Select "Contact support" and choose your preferences for contact.
    5. Provide a detailed description of your issue, including the dates and amounts of the charges you wish to dispute.

Since billing adjustments require secure tools that are not accessible in community forums, reaching out to Microsoft support directly is the best course of action for resolving your issue.
