Dear Team,

I have already access to EAC but was not found "Organization relationships." in org setting under EAC.

Our permission is "Global Administrator". Could you please help solve the issue.

Thank you.

If you want to manage organizational relationships, the correct tab is called Organization Sharing and can be found under the EAC > Organization > Sharing or via this direct link: https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/#/organizationsharing

Alternatively, you can use PowerShell and the set of *-OrganizationRelationship cmdlets, i.e. Get-OrganizationRelationship to list any existing ones.

Keep in mind that if you have just assigned the Global admin role, it might take a while before the access is reflected in the EAC or PowerShell. It's best to open the EAC via a new private session window, or establish a new session via PowerShell.

If you are unable to find the "Organization relationships" option under the Org Settings in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC), it could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Permissions: Although you mentioned having Global Administrator permissions, ensure that your account is properly assigned and that there are no restrictions on your admin role.
    2. EAC Navigation: Make sure you are navigating correctly within the EAC. The organization relationships are typically found under Organization > Sharing. If you are not in the right section, you might not see the option.
    3. Service Availability: Occasionally, certain features may not be available due to the service being in a different configuration or due to updates being rolled out. Check if there are any known issues with the service or if the feature is being updated.
    4. Tenant Type: If your organization is using a specific type of tenant (like a trial or a different plan), some features might not be available.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
